- This tour does not include food but bottled water is provided.

- 11am departure available on some weekends, public holidays and school holidays
- Between June and November each year
- Approximately 2 hours
- This experience departs from Dock C of the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club - 95 Hannell St, Wickham NSW 2293
- Camera
- Sunscreen

- Warm clothes
- Sensible shoes
- Seasickness remedy if required
- Not recommended for travellers with back or heart problems, who are pregnant or who have other serious medical conditions
- On the day, make sure to bring along some warm clothing. Our crew will also provide you with a premium weatherproof jacket should you wish to keep you comfortable while on board
- This experience is available annually between the months of May and November

- If whales are not spotted on a designated whale watch tour between the months of May to November, each passenger will be entitled to a ‘standby ticket’ enabling them to return on another subsequent tour date, this ticket is subject to availability and must be used within the same whale watching season
- Not suitable for children aged under three years.
- Not recommended for travellers with back or heart problems, who are pregnant or who have other serious medical conditions
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
- Upon completion of the purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the experience
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher
- Any booking canceled within 48 hours of departure, or no attendance on the day will not receive a refund
