During a visit to the vineyard cellar door in Orange, guests will be taken on a private guided walk of the estate with a Sparkling specialist.
There is also plenty of time to partake in a wine tasting of the Swift Sparkling Range before wrapping up with a four-course alfresco lunch in the private pavilion with spectacular water views.
