- Please note if a passenger is identified as a High RISK snorkeller they will not be permitted to snorkel. The supplier has alternative activities to offer such as the Glass Bottom Boat tours, island heritage walk / visiting the cay, delicious food and sailing on our beautiful yachts, offering a wonderful day out on the Great Barrier Reef
- The supplier and assisting crew reserves the right to decline any passenger from participating in snorkelling if we are concerned about the health condition and/or swimming ability of a passenger for the safety and well-being of all guests onboard
- SNORKELLING ACTIVITY:
- To participate in the activity of snorkelling, you must be confident in the water with the capacity to swim unassisted. If you are a poor swimmer, you may not be suitable to snorkel in the open water. Not all passengers will be suitable to snorkel, and our experienced crew have the discretion to advise against snorkelling if deemed “not suitable for the activity”. All passengers intending to snorkel will be asked to complete our Medical Declaration for Snorkelling form.
- The teams experienced crew will discuss any issues relating to medical conditions and swimming ability. The supplier reserves the right to decline any passenger from participating in Snorkelling.
- PASSENGER MOBILITY:
- The suppliers vessels are luxury sailing catamarans and offer a pure sailing experience. This means the vessels travel in open seas and will move around whilst under sail. The decks of the vessels are multi levels and can be slippery when wet.
- Passengers must have good mobility to safely move around the vessels, step onto the glass bottom boats and get in and out of the water via the ladders on the back of the vessels. The tours are not suitable for older guests with mobility issues. Unfortunately, we do not offer wheelchair access due to the layout of the decks and saloon areas.
- Participants must be aged 13 years and over
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

Great afternoon sailing out to the low isle and reef!
Amazing, an experience I will never forget. Sailing out to the Lowe isles, snorkelling the reef! Swimming with turtles a definite highlight! The sunset cruise back into port Douglas! The food and beverages on board were amazing! The crew incredible, Captain Staffy, Daisy and Amy the most amazing caring and fun team and gave us so much knowledge and information of the area! Highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Awesome experience with well informed and friendly staff. Location was picturesque, plenty of time for snorkelling and swimming and walking around part of the island. Very delicious morning tea and lunch. and a very relaxing and enjoyable sail back to the mainland.

Great full day trip. Would recommend to anyone.
Well trained staff and most helpful for poorer swimmers to make sure they were OK and felt comfortable snorkelling given it’s not something we do every day! Stopping at the island was good as this gave a break from swimming and the tour guide was very informative and she answered all our questions. The buffet lunch was excellent and there was plenty to eat as there was also at the breakfast. It was great to actual sail back to port and the bit of wind that blew up provided a lot of entertainment for the kids with the water splashing over the front deck. Felt totally safe throughout with the crew.
