- Will I get wet? Very likely! But it does depend on where you sit in the boat and we do have spray jackets available if you don’t want to get wet
- How many people can go on the boat? The boats will take 11, 18 and 25 people
- Can I fall out of the boat? No, falling out of the boat is very unlikely. The driver will explain what to do and what not to do to prevent falling out
- Katoa Jet has no age restrictions and it is quite safe and a lot of fun for kids
- Available for all ages
- Child rate applies to 14 years old and under.
- 2 – 4 year old are free (1 per adult).
- Pregnant passengers are not able to ride, and unsuitable for those with neck/back injuries.
- At least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will be required to receive full refund, any cancellation notice within 24 hours will be charged at 100%.
- 24 hours’ notice required for any changes to numbers.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

A wonderful experience with both thrilling jetboat spins and turns
A wonderful experience with both thrilling jetboat spins and turns, shallow water and close encounters with the cliffs and rocks etc, mixed with a scenic cruise up the river. I liked the fact this was a one hour experience and we were on the lake and the river.
