It is here that you will have 360-degree views of the region. Plus dare to run into the centre of the volcanic crater if you wish. The Mt Tarawera volcanic crater experience operates all year round departing at 8.15 am and 1 pm in summer and 10 am in winter with complimentary transfers from Rotorua.
