Your adventure starts with a convenient pickup from Rotorua Information Centre, where you’ll pass by the iconic Redwood Forest before arriving at the peaceful lakeside base. After gearing up and receiving safety instructions, you’ll set out on a breathtaking exploration of the Rotorua Lakes as the sun sets.
Glide through the calm waters, soaking in the last light of the day, before paddling into caves filled with twinkling glow worms. These little creatures create a truly enchanting atmosphere, that will make you feel like you’re in another world. As night falls and the stars come out, you’ll be treated to a stunning view of the Milky Way on your return to the lakeside base. This unique experience combines adventure and relaxation, promising a night of wonder you’ll cherish forever.

</li><li> Light-weight clothing
</li><li> Shorts/pants/leggings for your bottom half
</li><li> At least two layers for your top half
</li><li> Water friendly shoes are recommended, provided free of charge if needed
</li><li> For kayaking outside of summer (March - October):
</li><li> Warm hat
</li><li> Gloves
</li><li> Warm clothing (thermal if possible)
</li><li> Pants/leggings for your bottom half
</li><li> Minimum of three layers for your top half (which are preferably thermal, fleece, or wool)
</li><li> During coolest months you will be provided a wetsuit to wear over your clothes
</li><li> Water friendly shoes are recommended, provided free of charge if needed
