What you need to know
- 1 hour guided tour
- Food or any other experiences
- This guided tour runs every hour from 9AM with the last tour at 3PM
- This tour is open from 8.30am to 4pm daily
- This experience takes place at 17 Tryon Street, Whakarewarewa, Rotorua
- Good walking shoes
- Weather appropriate clothing
- Water bottle in the summer (you are entering a Geothermal plateau)
- Maximum of 20-30 guests per tour to ensure the Safety and Enjoyment of all visitors
- Bookings are essential
- Please arrive at the admissions building at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time you have chosen to check in and receive directions
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
- Upon completion of the purchase, please print the voucher and present it on the day of the experience
