- Check in is 15 minutes prior to the tour start time
- Free parking, luggage and bag storage are available at the departure location
- Participants will be provided with a life jacket and spray coat. When necessary, cold weather accessories will also be provided. It is best to wear clothes to suit the weather that can get wet
- Throughout the experience participants will be sprayed with water however, they will not be soaked
- Tours operate with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 11-13 participants
- This tour is not suitable for infants under 18 months old
- Devices and cameras are welcome on the tour. Participants are responsible for any damage that may occur to these items
- The guide will deliver live commentary in English. Translated commentary may be available by recording. Written safety briefings are available in multiple languages and must be understood by all passengers
- Reservations can be transferred to another date, subject to availability, with no transfer fee incurred.
- Fiordland is an alpine area and subject to extreme weather. In case of supplier cancellation due to adverse weather or road/river/lake conditions, a full refund will be given, or booking may be transferred to another departure (if applicable).
