What you need to know
- Fully guided 3-hour hiking experience
- Basic necessary equipment
- A free complimentary 4WD to and from the office and the Mt Hay station
- Free group photos

- T-shirt / long-sleeved top – we recommend lightweight and breathable
- Fleece or merino jacket – lightweight and warm
- Shorts - we recommend quick-dying (no jeans)
- Thermal base layers
- Walking socks – merino wool or thermal
- Walking boots or sturdy shoes – broken in and comfortable
- Day rucksack
- Sun hat, warm hat, gloves
- Waterproof jacket
- Sunscreen
- Insect repellent
- Water bottle
- Any extra snacks
- Minimum age requirement is 12 years
- For Mt Hay, we recommend an average level of fitness
- All tours operated are non-drinking and non-smoking. We reserve the right to refuse those who present intoxicated at the time of checking in. If you arrive intoxicated for check-in you will be turned away and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Failure to comply with the clothing recommendations may result in you being refused access to the tour and/or forfeiting the fares paid.
- Mobility requirements must be advised at the time of booking. Special arrangements may be accommodated (where possible) if we have over 72 hours’ notice prior to the tour commencement time.
- It is very important to arrive on time for check-in (15 minutes before your departure time) If you do not check-in 15 mins before your tour scheduled departure time, you will be deemed a ‘no-show’ and you will not be eligible for a refund. Late arrivals will not be catered for, and you will not be allowed to join a later departure. We then reserve the right to on-sell your seat/s held to cover the expenses we may have lost.

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
