What you need to know

- All equipment required including jet ski, life jackets, sunscreen, and storage for small bags

- The duration of this experience is one hour with an additional 30 minute safety briefing
- This experience departs from Wanaka Main Wharf on 100 Ardmore Street, Wanaka, 9305, Otago, New Zealand
- Clothing that can get wet and is suitable for the weather
- Windbreaker or waterproof jacket is recommended on cooler days
- This tour can only operate in favourable weather conditions
- If wind conditions are too strong the tour will be rescheduled and cancelled
- We required a minimum of 2 jet skis to run any tour
- The minimum age to drive our jet skis is 18 years
- Each of our jet skis have a maximum capacity of 2 people and a maximum combined weight of 230kgs
- You must be confident floating in the water. There is a chance you could fall off your ski and must not panic
- Off-Peak: Lakeland Wanaka has a 24-hour cancellation policy whereby any cancellations or changes (due to ANY reason) must be communicated 24 hours or more before your scheduled time of arrival. Bookings cannot be rescheduled more than once. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable and non-transferable. ie no refund will be given.
- Peak Season: From December 20th to January 20th and during all school holidays, Lakeland Wanaka has a 48-hour cancellation policy whereby any cancellations or changes (due to ANY reason) must be communicated 48 hours or more before your scheduled time of arrival. Bookings cannot be rescheduled more than once. No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable and non-transferable. ie no refund will be given.
