You’ll step into a world of larger-than-life storytelling, where towering sculptures (2.4 times human size!) make history feel close, real and surprisingly easy to understand for kids and grown-ups alike. With a friendly expert guide leading the way, you’ll hear the true stories of eight everyday New Zealanders and discover their courage, resilience and mateship during World War I.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Your visit includes a two-day general admission pass to Te Papa, giving you plenty of time to roam, learn and explore. From hands-on exhibits to cultural treasures, it’s a relaxed and inspiring way to spark curiosity, share stories and make memories across generations.
