- This experience departs from outside Adelaide Visitor Information Centre, 25 Pirie St, Adelaide, SA 5000.

- Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the departure time and date of the experience
- If only one guest is booked, the experience provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour
- Participant name changes are permitted
- Minimum of two and a maximum of 12 participants
- In the unlikely event that weather is forecast that could endanger the safety of those on the tour then the experience provider will notify guests in a reasonable time ahead of the tour start time and those guests would then be entitled to reschedule the tour or to a full refund
- The cruise boat is not wheelchair accessible
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
