- Clothing appropriate to weather conditions on the day and that is suited to getting wet
- Spare dry clothes and a towel
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and hat are recommended
- Enclosed toe shoes are mandatory
- Minimum age is eight years old
- Children between the ages of eight and 12 years old must be accompanied in a kayak by a participant who is at least 13 years old
- Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian
- Maximum wight of 120 kilograms
- Minimum of two and maximum of eight participants
- No experience is required
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
- Participant changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the experience
- Spectators are not permitted
- Upon arrival at the departure point look for the Earth Adventure flags to mark the meeting point with your guide
- There are no toilets available during the tour
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
