🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Such a fun and unique way to explore Brisbane! Hiring a GoBoat in Brisbane was the perfect way to spend the afternoon on the river. The boats are super easy to drive (no boat license needed!) and the whole experience felt safe, relaxing, and so much fun. Cruising past Newstead House, Waterfront Park, and Teneriffe gave us an amazing new perspective of the area. We packed some snacks from The Standard, and it honestly felt like our own little floating picnic. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole booking and check-in process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a unique Brisbane activity, a family-friendly day out, or something fun to do with friends, I can’t recommend GoBoat enough. Such a memorable way to explore the Brisbane River, we’ll definitely be back!

Suitable for up to eight passengers, you’ll be stepping up your picnic game with picturesque views along the Brisbane River. These electric picnic boats are fitted with timber picnic tables, cup holders, and canopies for a comfortable and stylish ride.
The only thing left for you to do is gather your crew and bring your snacks and drinks - your furry friend can come too!

- Private boat hire (price shown is for up to 8 passengers per boat)

- $200 hire bond for security (released at end of booking following correct protocol)
- Souvenir Captain’s Hat and Stubby Coolers available to purchase onsite
- Explore the Brisbane River on your own private boat
- No licence or experience needed, be your own captain!
- Bring your own picnic to enjoy on the water
- See the historic Woolstores buildings
- Keep an eye out for the WWII Submarine Base
- Sail past the Brisbane Power House and New Farm Park
- Boats depart exactly at the scheduled time and return after 1 hour
- Please allow 1 hour for this experience

- Please be ready 15 minutes prior to departure
- A security bond of $200 is required. This will be taken as a pre-authorisation from a valid debit card and will be cancelled once the boat is returned without damage. Alternatively, if you choose to use a credit card, the pre-authorisation amount will be $1
- The nominated skipper must be 18 years of age or older
- A form of photo ID must be provided, preferably belonging to the individual who made the booking
- Guests may consume up to two alcoholic beverages per person, but the skipper must maintain a 0.00 BAC
- Fishing is not permitted on our boats
- Guests are not permitted to dock the boat at another location; they must remain on the water for the duration of their booking
- Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
- Mobile vouchers are accepted
- For your information, complete tour operator details, including contact information, are provided on your tour voucher
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking; however, it is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control
- We strongly recommend reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of booking and before making other travel arrangements

We loved our Go Boat experience and highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was our captain had no jokes to share, but I suppose that’s on me for choosing my company! ,:D
