We had a wonderful time on GoBoat.
Two hours was the perfect amount of time to putt up the river and grab a coffee before heading back down. Would highly recommend for either couples or families for an outing.
Took my partner out for her birthday, done the 3 hour trip with the platter for 4.
Food was amazing, the experience of it all was fantastic. Docked into the power house and took our pup for a walk and a toilet break before grabing a coffee and just relaxed on the boat before it was time to head back. It was a 10/10 experience, i would do it again

We had a very disappointing experience.
We arrived on time for our booking which is 2:00 PM, only to be told that there were only seven boats available that day despite thirteen bookings being scheduled. At around 3:00 PM, staff assured us that we would be on a boat before 4:00 PM. By 4:30 PM, we were still waiting with no clear update. The manager told us that we would receive a phone call when a boat became available, so we left briefly to walk around nearby while waiting. As time passed, it became increasingly clear that we might not get on a boat at all. Near closing time, we returned and asked for a refund. The business did process a refund and also offered us a 3-hour voucher, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was not the delay itself, but the way we were treated by the manager, Adam. Throughout the interaction, he appeared dismissive and annoyed, as though providing a refund and voucher should have ended the conversation. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience caused by several hours of waiting, his attitude made us feel unwelcome. What was especially concerning was that he repeatedly told us to “go away” because he wanted to finish work, and he used profanity during the conversation. This was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Delays and operational issues can happen, and we understand that. However, customers deserve honest communication, timely updates, and respectful treatment. If there were not enough boats available to accommodate existing bookings, this should have been communicated much earlier rather than leaving customers waiting for hours with uncertain expectations. We left feeling that our time was not respected and that our concerns were dismissed. Based on this experience, we would not return.
Our Mother’s Day with GoBoat was absolutely perfect!
From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The boats were easy to navigate, and the setup was cozy and comfortable for our family gathering. Cruising along the water, surrounded by serene views, created such a special and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a unique and memorable way to celebrate the day, and we can’t wait to book with GoBoat again. Highly recommend it for any special occasion!
Jason and the team were fantastic and had us smiling from 'Hello'.
The boat was perfect, and the safety briefing, demo and support provided was excellent. I felt even more confident knowing the boat was being tracked by GPS. We received an SMS Alert to let us know we were a little too close to the shore so we were able to easily correct this ASAP. The day was enjoyed by adults and kids alike and I loved we could take our own catering. Thanks Jason! We will be back soon :-)
