PICTURE THIS We strap in to the passenger seat for an extreme Drift Battle lap with a professional drifter in close proximity to another drift car, so you can see how the professionals do it before you start you drive. You get behind the wheel of a purpose built Drift car and learn from the best. We provide step by step instructions so you learn how to control and manoeuvre the vehicle. In car training with a professional instructor by your side.
Established in 2010, On Track Drift has been at the forefront, guiding enthusiasts through the art of drifting with unparalleled expertise. It's time to get fast and furious with this sensational “Drift Essentials” Experience led by professional stunt driver and MAD MAX stunt double Eugene Arendsen and team. Our drift essentials program is designed for someone wanting an introduction into drifting. It is designed as more of an experience as opposed to our other “Drift Master Class” day which allows you more time to learn the techniques.
The essentials experience starts with a safety briefing, followed by an introduction to our instructors and our professional drift cars. From here the professional instructors will begin with the drift basics to get a feel for the vehicle and progress through out the day with a variety of manoeuvres to refine your drifting skills. We finish the day by completing a short track setup called Driftkhana combining your skills learnt throughout the day.
The Driftkhana is a specially designed short course which will put together all the drift techniques you have learned. To cap it all off you will be strapped into the passenger seat and the pro drivers will take the wheel for an awesome battle lap.
Make no mistake this experience will be one you will remember. You will learn the basics of drifting by the best Professional Drift, Stunt and Motorsport drivers in the country. Your instructor will teach you, one on one in the car taking you through the steps.
As you progress through the day you will learn with 3-4 other participants for each vehicle and are accompanied by an instructor on each activity. Our Half Day experience is suitable for all driving abilities and we can cater to your skill level.

- Half-day drift experience where you drive a professionally prepared V8 or R34 drift car
- Professional instructor in the vehicle with you at all times
- Full tuition for driving courses by professional racing drivers
- Drinks for drivers only
- A helmet or participants are welcome to use their own if it meets Australian Safety standard certification
- BONUS Passenger ride with the professionals
- Sessions run from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm.
- This experience has a duration of half a day.

- Driving licence
- Long pants, long sleeve shirt and closed-toe shoes (joggers/runners)
- You will be assigned a vehicle on the day with an instructor. The car is shared with three of four participants.
- Spectators are more than welcome to attend, please ensure you bring along a spare chair as seating is limited to drivers.
- Spectators may also want to bring food in case the canteen in closed. Spectators can take photography at the experience, providing they do not go on the driver area.
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider either the night before or morning of the event with the phone number provided in the booking.
- Must be 16 years old and have a drivers licence (P-Plate or above)
- Experience in driving manual cars is essential
- This event may be postponed in the event of severe weather ONLY as determined by the track officials. We still run in the wet weather.
- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience a rebooking fee applies $75 per person
- Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows will result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

Disappointed with this experience and would not recommend for the price and what you receive
My husband and son did the same experience today with the drift cars and I must say I’m extremely disappointed. In your description not one part does it say you will be sharing a car with 2 other people. You state in your description riding shotgun with a stunt driver. This was not the case, leaving my husband in the backseat.
