What you can expect
Get ready for a full day of fun at Queensland Raceway with a drift experience that’s all sorted for you from start to finish. Led by stunt driver and MAD MAX double Eugene Arendsen, you’ll hop into a professionally prepared drift car and spend the day learning the basics right through to more advanced drifting techniques. With fuel, lunch, drinks, snacks and, of course, plenty of tyres included, all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a basic understanding of manual driving. You’ll share the car with a small group of fellow drivers and enjoy relaxed, supportive coaching with a professional instructor by your side the whole time.
As the day rolls on, you’ll try your hand at handbrake slides, barrel turns and drift doughnuts before taking on the exciting Driftkhana course to put everything you’ve learnt into action. To top it all off, you’ll finish with a bonus Drift Battle Lap, where the pros show you how it’s really done. It’s a big day, including lunch, drinks and snacks while packed with laughs, confidence‑boosting moments and plenty of stories to take home, a great value, no‑fuss way to try something new and unforgettable.

- Helmet (you may bring your own provided it is ASR approved)

- Go pro footage available for purchase on the day.
- This is a full day experience running from 8am-2pm.
- Please allow a full day for this experience.
- This experience takes place at Queensland Raceway, 133 Champions Way, Willowbank QLD 4306.

- Full length clothing for when you're in the vehicle
- Comfortable pair of enclosed shoes
- Sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses on sunny days
- Spectators are welcome, due to limited seating it is advised to bring along extra seating
- Participants must be at least 16 years old and have a valid drivers licence (P-Plate or above)
- Participants must wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt and closed-toe shoes while in the vehicle
- Maximum weight limit is 120kg
- You must have experience driving a manual transmission car
- Participants will be required to sign an indemnity accepting liability for any damage caused to the car
- You must have a 0.00% blood alcohol reading on the day
- This experience is an outdoor event and will go ahead in wet or damp conditions.
- If the experience provider deem the track unsafe, due to extreme weather conditions, your experience may be rescheduled to a convenient later date
- In the event of a cancelled day the participants will be advised either the night before or morning of the event with the phone number provided in the booking
- The experience provider reserves the right to stop the car or refuse anyone found to be driving or acting in an unsafe manner
- You will be allocated a car on the day with an instructor, shared with approximately three or four other participants
- Day information and sign-on sent approximately 3 days before the event
- Refunds are not available
- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience with a rebooking fee of $100 per person
- Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
