Whether you're chasing adrenaline or simply looking to try something new, this supportive and flexible experience invites you to embrace adventure at your own pace—all while surrounded by some of Tropical North Queensland’s most breathtaking natural scenery. Please note that we select the best location for each trip based on daily water levels and weather conditions, ensuring an optimal and safe experience for all participants. Please note that we may use Crystal Cascades on our 6.30am departure, otherwise our 10.00am and 12.00pm departures will be at Behana Waterfalls

- Professional abseil instruction from a certified instructor
- Transfers to and from Cairns in an air-conditioned mini-bus
- Spectacular views of Behana Gorge waterfalls as we canyon down the gorge
- Food, participants can BYO food

- Accommodation transfers from Cairns and Nth Beaches available on request (subject to availability) for $10 per person
- Optional self repelling and abseiling

- Tours depart Cairns City at approximately 6.30am and return at approximately 12pm

- Maximum participant weight is 125kgs
- Minimum of two passengers to operate tour
- These tours are not suitable for those with spinal issues, or who are pregnant
- No alcohol - (Zero tolerance towards alcohol and/or drug abuse)
- BYO food
- No experience necessary
- Minimum age of participation is 8yrs old
- Maximum participant weight is 125kgs
- Minimum of two passengers to operate tour

- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction

Crystal Cascade Canyoning Review
I had a really fun canyoning experience with Max and Caroline. They were both super friendly, made the day a lot of fun, and I always felt safe with them. I originally booked Behana Gorge, but due to the weather we ended up doing Crystal Cascades instead, which was totally fine and still a really cool experience. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t ideal with quite a bit of rain, but of course that’s out of anyone’s control. My main downside was the price. At around $265 per person, I already felt it was quite expensive, especially with a group of seven and some waiting times. The shoes, extra $10 and photos, extra $40, were clearly communicated as extras beforehand, so there were no surprises, but at this price I would personally expect them to be included. Overall, I had a fun day, but I wouldn’t do it again for the same price.

Amazing experience and team.
Sent my 21yo on this terrific adventure. Well worth the money and she enjoyed every minute. She came back with great stories and chatted away about the experience. She had a great day and was well looked after by the fantastic owner and staff. Abseiled, slid down waterfalls, jumped into water pools (even a flip into one). She came back informed about the local mountains and history of the area too. She was a very happy girl. Highly recommend this canyoning tour!
