- Cairns Aquarium is available seven days a week from 9.30am to 3.30pm
- Last admission is one hour before closure
- This experience grants all-day admission during opening hours.

- Children under three years may enter free of charge
- Children aged three to 14 years are eligible for the child rate
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult

- Ray and shark feeding show is held at 11am
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
