- Your Gold Class VIP experience starts with being met by our friendly team at check-in. Once you have checked in, you will meet your private concierge for the day, who will show you to your exclusive Gold Class Lounge onboard the vessel. Located on the second floor of the award-winning super-yacht, luxury awaits as you are invited into your private Gold Class lounge for a day to remember. Enjoy a fully stocked mini-bar with tea, coffee, milk, water and complimentary snacks. While you sip your cup of coffee, your dedicated concierge for the day will personally take you through the safety procedures and itinerary for the day tour. Your day tour includes a complimentary guided snorkelling tour and semi-submersible coral viewing tour (weather permitting) as well as a hot BBQ lunch with fresh fish, prawns, steak, vegetarian options, a variety of salads and bread (Vegan, GF, DF catered for too). Complimentary amenities in the room are exactly what you need for a day on the reef with fresh towels, sunscreen, bottled water, a private mini fridge, complimentary snacks of chocolates and chips etc., private coffee and tea machine as well to keep you going throughout the day! On your return journey, you will be treated to a glass of wine, as you reminisce about your Great Barrier Reef experience. You will also have $20 onboard credit to use however you wish, whether that be for additional activities or at the bar. - If you add on scuba diving (with the tour operator prior to travel, please not the following):
- DIVE MEDICALS: All divers are required to complete a Medical Questionnaire. In our commitment to the safety of our guests, divers over 65 years must have a medical clearance with a physician the confirms they are Fit To Dive. This can be provided by your own GP before you leave for your holiday.
- SCUBA DIVING: Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. Please be aware that certain medical conditions (e.g. asthma, heart disease, diabetes) and ANY prescription medications will require a letter or email from a doctor clearing you to dive. This clearance must state your full name, the doctor's name and practice and the clearance to dive for the specific medications/condition. Please review the operator's Medical Questionnaire and Terms & Conditions prior to travel.
- CERTIFIED DIVERS: If booking a certified dive, guests must be able to produce a Diving certification which is a document (usually a wallet-sized plastic card) recognizing that they are authorized to perform a solo scuba dive with the dive certificate indicating that they have successfully completed an open-water dive course as a minimum requirement.
- Minimum of two and a maximum of eight participants per booking
- Additional add-ons must be booked and paid for in advance
- BBQ lunch of fresh fish, prawns, steak and salads included, with vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options available; please advise of any dietary requirements upon booking
- Special dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 24 hours before travel directly with the experience provider
- Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
- There is only one Gold Class lounge room available per day, accommodating up to eight guests in total
- Children under the age of 18 must be in the immediate company of a parent or legal guardian at all times
- Semi-submersible experience is weather-dependent and not a guaranteed inclusion; no compensation offered should this activity not be able to go ahead
- Please review the experience provider's Medical Questionnaire and Terms and Conditions before travel
- Please reconfirm your booking with the experience provider within 24 hours of making your booking
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher
- We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
- CHECK-IN: from 7.15am at Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence Street, Cairns. Please make your way to the Down Under Cruise and Dive counter to check-in. Boat departs 8.00am sharp.
- TRANSFERS: return transfers can be booked directly with the tour operator's reservations. Additional costs apply.
- SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: you must confirm your special dietary requirements at least 24 hours prior to travel.
