The staff are really friendly
The staff are really friendly. The dive sites were really good especially the second one. It was pretty calm as it was in a sheltered part of the reef. We saw tons of fish and beautiful corals but no turtles. Lunch was buffet style and there was more than enough good quality food for everyone.

Just finished up the half day tour with Reef Adventures and can’t recommend it enough. Super friendly and helpful staff, who have your safety in mind all the time. The part of the reef they take you to is beautiful, and we were up close with turtles, manta rays, reef sharks and beautiful fish.

Then take to the skies for a breathtaking scenic flight over coral cays and turquoise lagoons, giving you a prime view of this iconic destination. Get out in nature, make amazing memories and experience the best of the Great Barrier Reef in just half a day.

- 40-minute scenic flight
- Upolu Reef or Breaking Patches boat trip
- Snorkelling equipment, excluding wetsuits
- Floatation devices
- Activity transfers
- Snacks
- Hotel transfers.
- Please arrive at the Reef Adventures office located on Finger B at Cairns Marlin Marina at 7:30am for an 8am departure and 10am for an 11am departure.
- Morning tour, 8am to 2pm
- Midday tour, 11am to 5pm
- This is a half-day experience, approximately six hours in total duration, including transfers.
- This experience departs from Finger B at Cairns Marlin Marina
- Swimwear and towel
- Reef-safe sunscreen
- Sunglasses and hat
- Camera
- Light jacket (for flight)
- Drinks are not included but are available for purchase
- Wetsuits and prescription masks are available for hire
- Minimum age of six and a maximum age of 65 years old
- Not suitable for those with heart or lung conditions, those with back problems or those who have had a recent surgery
- Participants must be able to swim and be confident in the water
- Maximum individual flight weight limit of 115kg
- Maximum of 7 participants per flight and 27 per vessel
- Tour may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
