- Minimum of two and a maximum of four participants
- Minimum age is three years old
- Children must be 12+ years to hand-feed rays
- Souvenir gift will be substituted for children under 12
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Children cannot attend this tour without a guardian present
- Please do not make loud noises
- Please do not touch the animals or the contents of their enclosure
- Lifts, escalators and accessible toilets are available throughout the attraction
- If you are unable to walk onto the viewing deck for the Turtle Hospital, you can still see the turtles in the tank through a viewing window
- Wheelchair or pram is accessible for a self-guided walk, but not for behind-the-scenes tour
- Companion Cards are not accepted for this experience
