- Open daily, 9am to 4pm.

- Follow the pathway through the resort towards the national park to the shipwreck entrance
- Child tickets apply to ages four to 14
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Family ticket covers two adults and two children
- Entry is valid for the day booked only
- Presentation times may vary in extreme weather
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
