- All introductory scuba participants must meet medical questionnaire requirements; some conditions or medications may prevent you from diving
- Due to rapid price increases in the oil industry, a variable fuel recovery surcharge of $10 per person will be charged via a payment link sent directly from the supplier
- Free diving is subject to availability at the time of booking
- Queensland Codes of Practice state that for a single no-decompression dive, you should not fly or go to altitude for at least 12 hours, or 24 hours after multiple dives in one day
- No refund will apply if the dive is not completed
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- No refund for dive component if this is not completed
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
