What you can expect
Discover K’gari on an epic, all-inclusive three-day two-night 4WD adventure from Hervey Bay, packed with iconic sights and unforgettable island moments. Travel across sandy tracks and along the famous 75 Mile Beach as you visit must-see locations including Lake McKenzie, Eli Creek, Champagne Pools, Maheno Shipwreck and lush rainforest areas like Central Station.
Ramp up the adventure by taking the wheel on designated sections (if eligible), or sit back and enjoy the ride while experienced guides share local knowledge along the way. After full days of exploring, relax at your private beach house accommodation in Eurong, with meals included and a social atmosphere that makes this the perfect mix of comfort, fun and adventure.

What you need to know
- All drivers are required to pay a $2,500 security bond on the morning of the tour, which is fully refundable upon return if no damage occurs, or you can reduce the excess to $0 with a one-off $50 payment.

- 7am pick-up (available from select local hostels only)
- Tours depart at 7.30am
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure
- Tours return between 4pm and 4.15pm
- Departing weekly on Fridays (Thursdays during winter).
- This experience departs from 6 Southern Cross Circuit, Urangan, QLD 4655.
- Free pick-ups available only from select local hostels: Kondari, Woolshed, Flashpackers, YHA & Hervey's
- Please advise your pick‑up location at the time of booking
- Tours run subject to minimum numbers, weather and tidal conditions
- Itineraries may change for safety or regulations
- Guests must follow the guide's instructions
- Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free diets can be catered for at an additional charge of $5/day
- Guests must bring their own towel on their trip
- Participants electing to drive must be over 21 years and have held an open licence for at least two years
- No refunds for changes outside operator control
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking.
- Upon completion of the purchase, please print the voucher and present it on the day of the experience.
