- Check-in at the Reef Fleet Terminal from 7.15am
- Boarding commences at 7.30am for 8am departure
- Returning to Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal at approximately 4.30pm
- Check-in at the Ocean Free & Ocean Freedom desk, Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal (RFT) from 7.15am After checkin proceed to A Finger ( just in front of the RFT) for boarding from 7.30 am Departure 8.00am
- Come as though going to the beach Swimming costume / rashy Towel Hat , sunglasses and sunscreen We will supply lycra or wetsuit depending on season
- Guests come from many countries and many only have a small opportunity to visit the reef. The vessel will operate in all weather conditions (apart from gale force and severe weather warnings) and has extra procedures to make the day the best possible. If you are concerned about the weather, please visit www.bom.gov.au cairns coastal report - it will give you a 4 day forecast.10-20 knots is a normal good day. Date of travel can be changed subject to availability and also full refund if cancelling with minimum 24hrs notice. Our vessels are open air with good boat movement so less likely to suffer seasickness than some other closed vessels however, if prone to motion sickness we recommend taking travel sickness tablets 20 minutes before boarding the vessel.
- The supplier reserves the right to cancel the trip due to poor weather conditions or mechanical problems, or to use another vessel or select the sites used or on very rare occasions due to low numbers. If tour has been cancelled by the company a full refund will be given.
- No refund if tour cancelled or amended by customer within 24 hrs.

Highly recommend Experience Oz and the team at Ocean Freedom for a wonderful day exploring the reef! Booking was incredibly easy, the whole process was well communicated and being the first day of our holiday really set the bar high for our trip! Our daughter was seasick for the first time and the staff were amazingly accommodating and helpful. I’m a ‘nervous’ explorer and new to snorkelling and the staff were so kind and patient in making sure we were comfortable and at ease in the water. Silly me dropped my underwater camera while snorkelling and assumed our photos were gone for good. The guys went above and beyond to dive down to the ocean floor to find it for me! The lunch provided was delicious and fresh and we were lucky enough to spend a gorgeous day in one of the most beautiful parts of the world!
