- Children under 3 years old cannot participate
- Children 3 - 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Children aged 13-17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the tour
- You must be able to climb up the 1.2 meter foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance
- You must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
- Pregnant women are not suited to this activity
- Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking
- At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine
- Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags
- Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given
- Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received
- It is recommended that you wear long pants and closed in shoes - no heels, slippers or skirts please
- If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
