Discover the enchanting world of the rainforest with a one-hour night tour of the Cairns Botanical Gardens. This unique experience begins in the evening, allowing everyone to be an explorer for a night. As you embark on this captivating tour through the Botanic Gardens, immerse yourself in the symphony of nature as you turn on your complimentary headlamps. Listen to the playful chorus of frog croaks and gaze at the twinkling eyes of nocturnal creatures, creating an atmosphere that’s both magical and unpredictable.
Meet the charming White-lipped tree frogs along with fascinating species of spiders like Net-casting and Orb-weavers, peacefully perched in their webs. The night teems with life, showcasing a variety of nocturnal insects, vibrant moths, and elusive critters that only emerge after dark.
Keep an eye out for the Micro-bats, Papuan Frogmouths, and even the elusive Echidnas as you explore.

- This experience is one-hour in duration.
- This experience departs from the main entrance to Cairns Botanic Gardens, at 78-96 Collins Ave, Edge Hill, QLD 4870.
- Please wear clothing suitable to the weather conditions on the day
- Enclosed shoes are recommended
- An extra layer is encouraged during colder months
- Minimum age is eight years old
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Maximum of 10 participants
